Two of the eleven turnkey lines from
BKG are designed for the production of polyolefin micro pellets, with the remaining nine lines producing compounds and masterbatches for polyolefin products.
BKG has also supplied gear pumps and screen changers.
The compounder reportedly commissioned the pelletizing systems because of the efficiency of the
BKG lines in combination with the quoted price. Along with the Master 100 drying system, BKG’s Compact 120 pelletizer provides for a throughput capacity of 250 kg/h.
BKG has already supplied a number of Indian companies with turnkey systems for the production of compounds and masterbatches. “Considering the current economic circumstances, it is not easy to place such an order in the market,” said Ralf Simon, managing director of
BKG. “However, if one succeeds, this argues for the efficiency of the systems.”
