Timing
Event needs a minimum of 6 week’s planning

Price
$15,000 for an audio webcast
$24,000 for a video webcast
Above pricing is for a webcast of 3 months duration - sponsor can pay an extra $1,000 to extend life to 6 months or $1,750 for a full year

Marketing the webcast
We will run major marketing campaigns as part of the package including campaigns on our website, in the magazine, enews and via a series of e-mailshots. Webcast also featured in the event section of the website.

Reports
Webcasting is primarily a lead generation tool and leads will be supplied 2 days after the event and once a week for the duration that your webcast is available.

After Sales Service
Webcast is hosted for 3 months after broadcast - still capturing more leads.
Leads are forwarded to you 2 days after the live event.
