Polykemi opens compounding production site in China

Swedish compounder Polykemi AB has announced that it is to build a compound production facility in Kunshan, China. The company already operates a sales office and warehouse in the city but the new facility is being established to meet the needs of European customers with manufacturing plants in China.

The plant will begin production in the third quarter of 2007 and the company has estimated that early annual output will be 10 000 –15 000 tons, with a capacity for three times that amount.
