Dover expands production capacity

Dover Chemical Corporation has completed a new production facility for its Doverphos S-9228 free-flowing solid phosphite antioxidant. This plant began production in late 2007 using the same process, and making the same quality and specification product, as the existing pilot plant facility. The new plant is included in Dover’s ISO 9001 certificate. The company says that investment in a larger facility was necessary to accommodate growing global demand for the high-performance phosphite which has found wide acceptance in food contact and potable water applications.

In addition to its investment in Doverphos S-9228 capacity, Dover has increased its Doverphos HiPure TNPP production capacity. Doverphos HiPure is the purest TNPP available and offers superior performance advantages over conventional products.
