Adeka Palmarole to expand European plant

Adeka Palmarole is investing €8 million in expanding and modernizing its European production plant in Rousset, France.

The expansion includes the construction of a new storage and logistics building, which will create 2000 m2 of floor space. Two production lines will also be added, creating around 25 new jobs.

The company says that the improvements will help it produce more sophisticated combinations of additives such as antioxidants, high performance clarifying agents, light stabilizer systems and lead-free PVC stabilizers. It is hoped that once the project is completed, turnover from these products will grow to around €8 million a year.
