Matrixx Europe signs distribution agreement with Azelis

Matrixx Europe, producer of specialized plastics compounds, has entered into a long-term European distribution agreement with Azelis Plastics. Azelis will distribute products throughout Europe except in Germany, Spain and France, where there are existing distribution agreements.

The compounds will be produced at a plant in Marcaria, Italy. The facility currently has a production capacity of 20,000 tons but this is set to double in the first quarter of 2007.
